**Important Read - hope you do** Why in 4th Quarter do business, churches, non-profit, universities, finical institutions big or small; design, create, and reassess their resources and it’s abilities to meet the unknown for the following year? I have read some ridiculous post that New Year’s Resolutions are silly. Then watching and reading dogma set in as other post to this is, in agreeing this is some kind of weakness. Weakness is not having the courage to start. Weakness is being paralyzed by the naysayers. Weakness is not disciplining your emotions and meeting daily with yourself to assessing your attitude, your spirit and your soul. If you are in a part of your life where, Hope has just caught on fire, and then keep it a blaze! Keep meeting with yourself daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly. If you are in a part of your life, where meeting with God, yourself or your attitude daily is the norm and you are seeing your hard work paying off in good times and in bad; keep going, Keep striving! If you are in a part of your life where after years of mastering your craft and you have learned that success always leaves clues, be your brother’s keeper and show others how capable they are too. Add strength to others by building people up, not breaking them down! Now for the ones that playing high priest of others; you have no clue of their battles, triumphs or their aspirations. Know you are showing your weakness and not that of others. You are the anchor, as you take view from your captain’s chair! There is some serious business taken place, it’s called Life! Wake up or get out of the way…
