Important change to SIGIS Eligible Product List download SIGIS recently updated automated access to the Eligible Product List (EPL) from FTP to SFTP download. The latest release of flexTRAX, version 2.0.8.21, includes support of this change. SIGIS will be removing the FTP access in a few weeks. In order to continue to receive updates to the EPL, please ensure you are on the latest version of flexTRAX: 1. From the top menu of flexTRAX software, select Help 2. Select About flexTRAX 3. View the version number in the center of the screen. If you are on a version prior to 2.0.8.21, close the flexTRAX program and restart it to update. Follow the steps above again to ensure that the software updated. If you need additional assistance or information, please contact support@keycentrix.
