I am committed to protecting Arkansans from the Obama administration’s regulatory assault on our energy industry. That is why Ive sponsored HR 4813, the Protection and Accountability Regulatory Act of 2014, legislation that would terminate both last year’s New Source Performance Standard proposal and the recent existing source proposal. The bill will also prevent the EPA from issuing a substantially similar rule for a period of 5 years after the date this bill is enacted.
