Impunity is a better term that describes Jubilee administration: Revolutionary greetings ladies and gentlemen...... yesterday we did a brief article on the dangers of turning Kenya to an Harambee Republic like they did during Nyayo era. I explicitly explained the economical impact that faces our nation, its funny that Jubilee is aware of the economical suicidal act but because Jubilee means impunity they careless. Today I will unequivocally highlight more examples to support my accusations Jubilee means Impunity!! The manner in which the 2 came to the office was questionable and controversial: Uhurutos campaign was centered in ICC and western nations nothing to do with a better nation called Kenya. They went ahead influenced the military to ambush the electoral body to rig in their favour, after IEBC succumbed to the military threats the wheel of Justice moved to the higher lever ie the Supreme court, but the military further offensively extended their threats cum monies to the countrys biggest court subsequently influencing the ruling. No where in the history of the world supreme courts have ever given a 3 minutes ruling in a presidential petition. The ruling has since then been rejected by teaching institution. Accept and move on!! Impunity itself. Day1 in office they sacked all government employees who were formerly in the Prime ministers office to pave way for exercise of super impunity, the transfered forced retirements of some officers and replaced them with their tribesmen. They created unconstitutional offices and appointed their tribesmen/women gave them instructions to sabotage constitutionalism and nurture impunity. They appointment CSs and PSs after they had controlled parliament in that the NA doesnt exercise their constitutional powers. Impunity is the other name for Jubilee administration. 60% of the CSs and PSs were allocated to 2 tribes. Came the reality of ICC cases, they shamelessly used tax payers money from exchequer to pay African heads of states to converge at Addis to distance themselves from ICC and withdraw from the rome statutes. They managed to buy and influence African states because Africa means Impunity, Africa means backwardness, Africa means sabotage, Africa means cowardice, Africa means recklessness. In Africa justice is bought and Justice is for the rich and in Africa history doesnt matter. They extended their offensive charm to the United Nations Security Council(UNSC), But member states exercised their independence and sobriety, for once we regarded the western Nations, I was almost convinced that the stability in the west nations is largely influenced by high regards of the law of the land unlike in Africa where justice is bought and a preservative of the rich. When people die, government are overthrown we turn around very fast blaming the west and never blame ourselves. They turned to the ICC witnesses, they bribed, killed and intimidated witnesses. To some of us witness withdrawal from the ongoing trials is never and will never be news to our ears, we saw it coming. It was obvious. They will stop at nothing than sabotaging the process and subsequently denying victims justice. Dimentia and Amnesia is all they want to inject the minds of Kenyans everyday as they criss cross the country asking them to forgive and forget matters to do with ICC. After they replaced members of other communities with their own they now turn to fundraisers, if youre keen enough they concentrate their fundraisers to areas they marginalised in state jobs. As a larger scheme of brainwashing poor,illiterate and desperate kenyans. Harambee Nyayo............ hiyo ndio slogan for the next 3 years. To the lovers of Justice and admirers of this nation we must join hands in fighting impunity fearlessly.
