Imtiaz Ali: So you want to send a message to the Government by either not voting or voting for one of the opposing party, that is fine but not this election, do it in the General election. Putting in another party to control Local government while another controls Central Government is really shooting yourself in the foot, cause you will be the one who will suffer for it. It is 2 years till the General election, and you will have your chance but in the mean time, let us give the PP the support and see if it will make a difference. I am sure the other scenario of a PNM or ILP controlled Local Government will bear no fruits for you because as I have recently heard, the opposing party do not use the resources at their disposal to fix things for fear the Government would look good, imagine that? So let us try something different and put the party that is in central government also at the helm of Local government, they will have NO EXCUSE then, when we the people make demands, they will not be able to blame PNM at all and then we move them out come 2015 should they fail us
