In 2000 a document called Rebuilding Americas Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century was written. On page 51 of that document it reads Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor. I know this is NOT evidence that 9/11 was an inside job. BUT it proves a motive for creating this kind of event existed at the time. Just something to think about.
