In 2010 I had a very green real estate investor decide to get his feet wet after watching a presentation I did on real estate investment property. He and his wife listened to everything I suggested and took an equity line to purchase a duplex in Oakland and a single family home in Richmond. They have been making at least $1000 monthly in passive income ever since. Yesterday we closed escrow selling both of these properties to another investor. I am proud to say that this trusting couple has made almost 300k for listening to my advise and trusting that I always had their best intentions in mind.... I am so grateful for trust like this. Its more then even some friends and family have given me. Feeling accomplished through my clients successes.
