In 2013 the Courts of Appeal overturned the governments decision to stop the Independent Living Fund (ILF), the government then decided they were still going to get rid of the ILF, against those court decisions. Today at the Royal Courts of Justice a decision will be made about whether the Governments plan to scrap the Independent Living Fund, again, is illegal. This small fund helps 18,000 severely disabled people get the support they need to live in their communities. The ever amazing DPAC (Disabled People Against Cuts) are fighting back.
