In April when I was very ill in the hospital with infection in my knee that more then doubled its size.........I came a little to close to my last infection ever(it was my 3rd one) The surgeon opened my knee to drain it. the wound is finally closing together...ad im getting a lot stronger and dont have to sleep most of the day anymore.....these infections go through your system and I have no memory of the week or so before I went to the hospital.....The point im leading up to o is they had me on a low something diet...and I got used to it.......however when I came home I didnt have much appittite and decided it was time to be serious about losing some weight..............When weighed in at hospital I was 396#....,,,I know you are saying wow...since then I have watched the 390s 380s, ...370s..360........and this morning I am down into the 350s........I am feeling so much better and have been going outside into my front yard which I havent done in 2 or 3 years....I do have a walker if I need it .... Paul pushes me in my wheel chair on a bad day but they dont happen often anymore......And DONT pity him ...he is very strong and IM NO LONGER DOUBLE HIS WEIGHT......LOL
