In Blackpool today with U13 East Cheshire (1) team - absolutely marvellous team performances trouncing the opposition: Cumbria 5-0, Lancashire 5-0 and Greater Manchester (nemesis!) 1-0. George Benning got 5 goals today plus super top corner strike from Charles Barnes (3) and goals from Billy Hedley (2) and Oli Clemetson (1). Selectors so impressed that the whole team has been selected for North trials starting in Manchester on April 12. Well done lads - absolutely amazing! Well done to John Barnes super coach - fantastic guidance and coaching - you got them to where they are John!
