In Bristol 1987-88 tudying on a Semiconductor course for five thousand quid. At the same time ordered to go to Shanghai as well with parents so that they could possibly retire with their own native people if it does not become nasty with marxist or capitalist fascist rhetoric. Given marks just about their A graded midway graduates as their third class. Course director even offered degree swap until sworn at by Hong Kong student as it took him six years to do the same. Came behind six Bristol grads with books taken away like Battle of the Fodder to learn about microscopy.... Undoubtedly unhappy they were sent Bristol than Cambridge...thus the battle commenced. Blatant truth of mad dog wanting to have PhD given by grant money by UK Government was never expressed by deceased Professor having just returned from Bell Labs, USA broke and in need of a new motor.
