In Cyprus, Albania, Norway and Romania, no safeguards are provided at all for children born stateless. Cyprus is not a party to the ECN nor to the 1961 Convention. However, Albania, Norway and Romania are a party to both conventions and are in violation of their obligations due to the lack of incorporation of this key safeguard in their nationality laws. ..sammen med Albania og Romania bryter vi våre konvensjonsforpliktelser overfor barn av statsløse som fødes her.
