In Houston the new Mayor proposed a new bathroom ordinance as part of the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance which allows men and boys to use women and girls bathrooms and women/girls to use men/boy bathrooms with all genders/ages present. A group of Pastors are contesting the ordinance. This same Mayor wants to subpoena all sermons of Pastors, to prevent them from publicly voicing their opposition to this bathroom ordinance. Is the right to pee (or #2) where ever you want, covered as Free Speech but opposing it and stopping you from opposing it not covered under Free Speech?
