In India we are accustomed to celebrate the Days for the ones - TopicsExpress

In India we are accustomed to celebrate the Days for the ones which does not even exist now. The ritual of Population Day is celebrated in India without a concerted plan for controlling our high growth rate of population, which affect the existing & future generation. Lectures & T V debates steal the event, rather promoting strict measures. A serious lack of political will has been witnessed since decades in this direction. Deliberation of problems concerning life development and overall uplift are attributed to High Population. Moreover all political parties are shy to take on this critical issue or probably afraid of their seat. Since long we hear "Two Children Norm" whereas in real our lead generation is grossly failed in adopting “Two Child Norm” and fruitful implementation either. Now a days “Food Security Bill” is operative. Will the Government make this applicable to those who adopt two child norm, without discrimination of any kind of caste or religion?
