In January, members of the Churchill MCR got together for an evening of fudge making and sampling with the enthusiastic employees of the Fudge Kitchen on Kings Parade. In addition to learning about the history and science of this devilishly different dessert, they used creamers and loafers to produce three batches of caramel, toffee, and vanilla fudge.
