In Jewish thought, G-d sang the world into existence. And there is a gigantic difference between noise and music. Noise is a random and unappealing mixture of sounds that clash. Music implies order and coherence. Music is a work of art and thing of beauty. The idea of G-d singing the World into existence implies that there is meaning and order to creation. Einstein stated, “God does not play dice with the universe” neither does he place dice with our lives. G-d has a unique purpose for you. There is a special a special part designed just for you in the symphony of G-d’s creation. Play it loud and proud! -Rabbi Jason
