In June, when we launched KNOTS at Gateshead Old Town Hall, we closed the show with this cover of Vanderlyle Cry Baby Geeks by The National. We were joined by a string quartet (thanks, Adam Kent for transcribing and arranging), Tom Fletcher on pedalsteel, Ian Dodge Paterson on upright bass, and additional vocals from Mat Hunsley and beccy owen. This was the pinnacle of a two year project for us, celebrating the labour of love that KNOTS has been.
