In Mass Participation Records Guinness requires some paper work for the record to be approved and ranked in the Guinness book of world records. The paper work includes Performa’s filled by stewards on the record attempt day verifying the number of participants who took part and performed. The Performa’s were filled before the event regardless of the real participation and fake numbers were produced as required by the higher authorities, this does not really matter to Sports Board they just do what’s informed, the event is just a formality. laaltain/ibtidah/2014/03/07/youth-festival-in-lahore/
