In Nigerian Law School Lagos Campus I shared the same bed with a Muslim who had no accommodation. I also had two other Muslims as roommates and I confirm that they were nice guys even though they were very devout Muslims. I attended Christian functions with them and I also reciprocated the gesture and liberality by attending Muslim functions with them. We all agreed thereafter that non of the religions preaches violence. My worry now is that most of my Muslim friends are keeping quiet in the face of the abomination being committed by ISIS. I know that most of them are not in support but their silence is saying otherwise. Muslims must openly distance themselves from such barbaric act else the world will keep believing that they are all in support of same.
