In Numbers 27 there is a passage on the daughters of Zelophehad. Zelophehad had died but he had left no son. He had daughters only and according to the law that was there, the inheritance belonged to the sons. So these ladies went to Moses and said to him: Numbers 27v3-4: Our father died in the wilderness; but he was not in the company of those who gathered together against the LORD, in company with Korah, but he died in his own sin; and he had no sons. Why should the name of our father be removed from among his family because he had no son? Give us a possession among our fathers brothers These ladies saw that keeping quiet was not going to change anything. They say silence is golden but the Kingdom is not for those who decide to keep quiet. They had an inheritance but as long as they remained silent they didnt get anything. GOD is waiting for you to say what you want. Notice that on verse 4 they said GIVE US They didnt say we are asking. Why?? Because you cant ask for what is already yours, you take. The Kingdom is about taking over. These ladies understood that they were not there to take sides but to take over. When GOD heard this HE said THE DAUGHTERS OF ZELOPHEHAD ARE RIGHT Why did HE say that?? Its because they had a RIGHT to take what belonged to them. After saying that, GOD put a new law (Numbers 27v8-11). These ladies were so passionate about what belonged to them such that GOD decided to put a new law. Today is a day of taking what belongs to us. The Kingdom is not for the silent ones. Isaiah 62v7: And give HIM no rest till HE establishes and till HE makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth The Kingdom is for those who will give the LORD no rest, those who will say I am a man/woman of influence. Those who will say Im not here to take sides but to take over. Jabez understood this. Thats why he said ...enlarge my territory... (1 Chronicles 4v10). This is the day of taking over. This is the day of occupying. This is the day of enlarging your territory.
