In October when Tony and I started to work on a lyric video for Waves that wed direct and edit together, it naturally became something really intimate. Through the process I started to see that what we were really doing was turning the cam...era on ourselves and I think it really shows in the aesthetic of the video. Its the first visual art I had worked on in a long time and it seemed to ignite something in me. We were both meticulous in a way one only gets when youre truly enjoying every small mechanic of the creative process.
