In Politics there are two types of policy undertaken by any political party. A policy taken by a political party as a means to win election but only to be abandon after winning an election and two, a policy taken by a political party not for winning an election but as part of a wider party policy platform. The Australian government under Labor party do not necessarily intend to wash it hands from welcoming refugees but want to win this October 2013 federal election.
