In Pursuit of Happiness I graduated from Salford University - TopicsExpress

In Pursuit of Happiness I graduated from Salford University with 2:1 in Accounting and Finance, I then left in Feb 14th 2009 to Gaza for delivery of Medical Aid during Operation Cast Lead. Upon return I had started my accountancy exams which I quit, in pursuit of wanting to working in the charity sector. The utter satisfaction of helping was unmatchable by as a well earning accountancy career. Considering I was in the centre of the Izmit Earthquake with my grandparents which claimed 17,000 lives and rendered 500,000 homeless, I had a vague idea from childhood as to the devastation disaster can bring. I spent numerous years searching for charity courses, considered returning back to do medicine at uni just so i had the skills necessary for the field. Being married meant finances were tight and it never happened. Years later through volunteering I landed a regional fundraiser role with Muslim Aid and worked with them for 2 years gaining exceptional insight. 2014, after nearly 5 years of countless applications, attempts I have been accepted for MSc International Disaster Management at Manchester University. And Allaah mentioned this in the Quraan: And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things. Soorat At Talaaq: V3
