In SE Iowa many buildings are being neglected and in very poor condition. Investigating I learned ... some wont or cant take care of property. Many ask unrealistic prices, not needing the money or caring about property, they let building(s) rot. Some are kept for sentimental reasons but are left idle for years with no upkeep. HUD leaves homes unattended & unsold as contractors do not fulfill agreements to care for properties. Corporations buy & abandon. Cities stall improvements by over-meddling & over-taxing. Penalizing for improving a community?! Warp. The list of dysfunction goes on & on. Neighborhoods are left with the affects. Hating the waste, I have offered my considerable renovation experience, expertise & strong references for free. No returned calls. If you dont care then maybe ... sell low or give a building or space? Research, find the right people, SAVE the buildings! TAKE CARE of your community! Thanks for reading. End of rant.
