In September, Berkshire Search and Rescue Dog team (7 dogs and 8 human), will undertake the “3 Peak Challenge”, which consists of climbing 3 of the UK’s largest mountains, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. The are looking for people to simply vote for them (on the link below) in order to win the Mountain Warehouse Charity Challenge, which could get them thousands of pounds for their volunteer dog organisation. The Berkshire Search and Rescue Dog team is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to assist Search & Rescue Teams, the Police and other Emergency Services. And they are, of course, part of the ViewRanger SAR programme!
