In Stone Town today we visited a former slave market. We went inside the rooms where people were kept 50-75 people to a tiny room with the smallest window for air. People had to lay on top of each other to fit. This was to weed out the weak and the surviving people were traded. Extremely moving place. We went to The Rock for dinner which is a restaurant built on a rock in the ocean. We caught a small boat to get to it. Amazing to say the least! Off to Arusha and then The Serengeti. No wifi until I hit Dubai in a weeks time. X
