In a case scenario, Nix is an employee who shares with his face book friends that he and all of his colleagues at their same job place could not vote in the trade union election-2013. The reason behind as explained by him was that none of them would know about the election as the advertisement or its announcement to them was very poor or not at all. He and his some colleagues discussed this matter privately who even would not know whether they were eligible to vote or not. But they together blamed the employers because they found them ignorantly busy to gather some defenses for their illegal activities who forgot their basic jobs to continue among the employees. Nix claims to the public that there is no other way without their immediate resignation if an investigation conducted by the authority proves the matter true in the long run. Nix and his colleagues also put apology to the defeated candidates in that election as they might have missed to cast their votes for them.
