In a civil lawsuit, the victim (church member) brings a case for money damages (tithes and offerings) against the offender (church pimp/pastor/thief)) or a third party for causing physical or emotional injuries. Regardless of the outcome of any criminal prosecution, or even if there was no prosecution, crime victims can file civil lawsuits against offenders and other responsible parties. This standard of proof in a civil lawsuit is significantly easier to satisfy than the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard of a criminal case. In a civil lawsuit, the case must be proved by a “preponderance of the evidence (10% of one’s gross income) that is, by enough evidence (times you are paid) to conclude that it is more likely than not that the victim’s claims are true. They are your new gangsters of the church that are not feeding the flock but feeding themselves by lording over them using witchcraft.
