In a civil lawsuit, the victim (church member) brings a case for money damages (tithes and offerings) against the offender (church pimp/pastor/thief)) or a third party for causing physical or emotional injuries. Regardless of the outcome of any criminal prosecution, or even if there was no prosecution, crime victims can file civil lawsuits against offenders and other responsible parties. This standard of proof in a civil lawsuit is significantly easier to satisfy than the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard of a criminal case. In a civil lawsuit, the case must be proved by a “preponderance of the evidence (10% of one’s gross income) that is, by enough evidence (times you are paid) to conclude that it is more likely than not that the victim’s claims are true. Jesus spoke concerning how they had turn his house intro a den of thieves and a thief is somebody that steals something. So what is it they are stealing, that is your tithes and offerings in a way to appear to be that you are obeying God when in truth you are not. What you have in these assemblies where crimes are being committed against the people is for one extortion, then you have plagiarism and lastly coercion. Money is being collected illegally and the church becomes a front as a non-profit organization but it is really a business about making money off of you using certain scriptures out of context in a sly way. You need to take that thief you call a pastor to civil court and prove your case as a plaintiff, and sue that lying con for misappropriate use of monies collected in false pretence, take them to court, all it takes is enough of you to do it and you will be able to shut them down from robbing the people of their money. They are your new gangsters of the church that are not feeding the flock but feeding themselves by lording over them using witchcraft.
