In a constitutional republic such as the United States, it is not the job of Congress or Judiciary to Do Something about a President thst had clearly gone Rogue. Congress can only pass bills with the senate. Judiciary can only determine if those laws are constitutional. Voters are to blame for allowing a Rogue President charged with enforcing and not making law ... to become Rogue. And it is Voters that can and must change things.
