In a dissent she read aloud from the bench, Justice Ruth Bader - TopicsExpress

In a dissent she read aloud from the bench, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg called the decision potentially sweeping because it minimizes the government’s interest in uniform compliance with laws affecting the workplace. And it discounts the disadvantages religion-based opt outs impose on others, in particular, employees who do not share their employer’s religious beliefs, Ginsburg said. Madame Justice, There are no sufficient words to express my admiration and gratitude to you in the face of this travesty. So, what The Dread Scalia is basically saying, is that beliefs (which cannot even be verified as being actually HELD, not that that should even matter) in mythologies made up before science was understood can undermine EVERY BIT of knowledge, common sense, and the concept of non-gender biased justice that we SHOULD be able to take for granted as being understood and accepted by all. Dont educate the people, let them live in ignorance, let their ignorance dominate all but the rich and mighty, and we are right back to the Dark Ages. This is grotesque. This is terrifying.
