In a recent post, there was an announcement made about driver cards. We are definitely going to offer that option this year for those that dont have access to getting some made, but the main reason is because as many of you know we dont have a full time photographer here and it becomes very difficult for the drivers to get anything to give away on kids nights. However we were just very excited to be able to snag Tony for a bit, we didnt consider how much it affects the photographers in the industry. We dont want to discredit or hurt other dedicated individuals who work very hard also to provide a great product, just because we have some connections with companies we order a lot of things from and are valued customers. I can imagine that has a great impact versus individual photographers working with printing companies and we dont want to discredit or hurt their value. The price is going to come up--but that will also go to Tony and his expenses and time, so its a win win in the end. We are very sorry to have hurt others that have worked very hard and have helped the sport grown incredibly because of their talents and dedication for little to nothing to support the sport. Please know our intentions were not to undercut or create any animosity. We just arent able to give our drivers many options and or photos of their cars and thought we could help them get what they needed. Thanks for your understanding and like I said, the excess money will be going to Tony--so you know its money well spent.
