In a week of unimaginable horror and violence against innocents around the world on many levels, including children, let us pause and reflect on the essence of things. Every day is important, every moment spent here is sacred even though we often take them for granted. Peace to those who have left their physical bodies recently and much love to their families slain in this heartache and grief. We can only hope these tragedies help in some way to bond people universally and unite our precious spirits within. Xx
