In advance, I am not trying to preach just drop down my thoughts. - TopicsExpress

In advance, I am not trying to preach just drop down my thoughts. If you would like to respond in a positive note please do. If you feel the need to be negative today or another day please keep it moving. I have always believed in God. I have always prayed to him. My faith has been tested many times. First with the passing of my Mother. When I almost recently thought I was going to lose my father my faith was tested again. One day I was leaving the parking garage driving and crying hysterically and cursing out God. Months later, I remembered this day and realized that person that I was fighting with was not just someone who comes in and out of my life in crisis. I realized this person whether I can see him or not has been in my life forever. At this moment, I realized I had a relationship with God. Yes, it took me till I was 39 years old to realize this. So, the reason for this rant is a few things. One if you are a parent please realize how important church should be in your family’s life. People that know me know I have not been blessed with children. That being said I am one of the best aunts out there! Give your children the opportunity to build their relationship with God. What they decide to do in their future is their decision. Whether it is to continue religion in their life or not and or simply change their religion. God is God. It does matter what church he is in. If it wasn’t for my amazing Aunt Joanne Strange I would never have been able to develop a relationship with God. Sometimes it takes more than a parent, aunt, uncle “sometimes a community” to help raise and guide a child. We should all be lucky to have a relationship with God. There is a lot of good in the world unfortunately evil out weighs it. Your child will always know they have someone to talk to available 24/7. God answers all prayers. Even the unanswered prayers are answered.
