In all honesty im putting the feelers out to see if the right home comes up for this lovely boy. He is a 10 yr old approx 16.2 chestnut exceptionally well bred TB gelding by Midnight Legend. Wetherbys passported. He has spent the past 6 years on a point to point yard and is very low mileage due to owners lack of time. He has started to be completely re-schooled, and is lunging well. He has no vices and is very easy to do. He is quite un-sure, not nervy and I want to find a confident yet sympathetic home for him if I do sell him, who is prepared to continue his education quietly yet correctly. We have walked him in hand down the main road with lorries and bikes flying past and hes been as good as gold. Only problem we encountered with him was when wearing a roller or saddle, and doing his first walk to trot transition on the lunge he will try to bronc. When he came we had his back checked and had some quite sore areas due to an ill fitting saddle in his previous home, he is now very comfortable in his back, and the more his confidence builds to realise his tack isnt going to hurt him the less he tries to do it. Infact the last time we lunged him he didnt even offer to bronc. He really has the most incredible potential and if the right home doesnt come along for him he will stay with us and continue his education. Hes excellent to box, shoe, trim, has great manners and is so so easy to do. He has raced four times which I believe makes him eligible for ROR. He really will be an amazing horse for someone. May possible consider full loan with view to buy, but the right home is absolutely paramount. Please no timewasters and day trippers, he doesnt deserve to be messed around. Home far more important than price please PM for more details Derbyshire
