In an effort to hold myself to a wider range of accountability and to be transparent I share this post.. Prior to being pregnant, I was working to loose 10lbs. I only gained 25lbs while pregnant and lost it all before returning to work 3 months later but I still wanted to loose that initial 10. Over the last 6 months, Ive been all over the board with my workout consistency.. I would currently consider myself a stop/start exerciser like a high percentage of people (studies show). Between meetings, long work days, homework and family I usually run out of time most days to really do anything for myself. THAT STOPS TOMORROW!! I have gained 10 more lbs out of no-where and although I wear my weight well, Im unhappy with the scale. My eating habits are not bad, I just need to consistently eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I love clean eating, non-processed food and fruit and veggies.. My goal is to eat well and workout consistently at least 4-5 days each week even if its for 30 min in my living room with kettle bells, weights and a jump rope!
