In behalf of the entire EECE Student Council 2013, we would like to express our sincerest apologies to all our professors, guest and students for what had happened on the EECE Night 2013 last November 29, 2013. We have planned this event, every detail of it, for almost two terms. And it hurts us, as a whole, to hear your painful words about the sudden turn of events. But then again, we understand that you have all the rights to complain to our service. What happened out there, the shortage of food, was beyond our control. As you know, the caterers have agreed to serve 1,100(plus buffer) sets of food for it was part of the contract. Then again, it has come to our attention that they only served a thousand or so and the servers of the caterer werent able to handle their post properly causing the students to get their own food with an improper amount of it. WE PROMISE YOU THAT WE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. In lieu of this, those who were not able to avail the food can demand a refund of 250 pesos from us. We will take the un-punched but REGISTERED ticket as a proof that you weren’t able to get food. If in case your ticket was punched but didn’t get food, talk to us in person.
