In case you are not aware, you have been nominated... Theres no escaping the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. I was challenged by the wonderful Barbara Leigh from Curacao to help get the message of ALS out globally! Rather than wait 24 hours, I decided to do the challenge within the hour. ALS was previously known as Lou Gehrigs disease. This challenge is all about creating awareness and donating to a worthwhile cause...
