In case you missed it, last week the House passed Congressman Steve Southerlands bill that would prevent the EPA from over-regulating our inland waterways. EPA was proposing to regulate everything from ditches to ponds to puddles, which could devastate our economy. Our legislation would stop them in their tracks, and I was proud to support it. Anyone want to guess where this common sense bill is now stuck?
