In case you missed it today, Aspen Publishers, a major provider of law school texts, decided to take charge of their market space after the Supreme Court decision Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley limited textbook publishers rights to restrict re-sale. Aspen decided to rent textbooks, with the idea that students would return them for destruction, so that Aspen could print and rent a new set of books.
