In case youre looking for it, there will be no Year in Review feature showing up on my wall. Tried to do it last night and it never uploaded, and I aint fighting with it again. But perhaps I can summarize some highlights here: - I stayed at home more and have gotten a lot closer with Melissa and Scarlet. Scarlet shares my sense of humor regarding bodily functions, and so now Melissa has two of us to deal with. In addition to doing very well at school, Scarlet has learned many other important things, such as how to identify many kinds of cars, what GMC and Fiat stand for, and the importance of putting THE in front of Ohio State University. Suffice it to say she and I are really bonding these days. - I continue to be married to the most beautiful woman on the planet, inside and out. If nothing else, 11 years of marriage to me proves shes also a resilient glutton for punishment. But she truly is the queen of my world, and always will be. However, for all her good points, shes also a nefarious game-player. I have personally witnessed her cheat this year at Monopoly, Mini-Golf, Checkers, Chutes and Ladders, Dominoes, paper football, and she also managed to peel potatoes in a generally underhanded, menacing manner. - Racked up more miles on the Super Glide. Followed up last years covered bridge tour by seeing half the remaining covered bridges in North Carolina. - I continued to have success selling insurance, in spite of looking absolutely nothing like Jake from State Farm. One week I had in particular had me convinced the gecko would be taking a hit out on me. - The Silver Tank demonstrated its dominance in the neighborhood by conquering the hill on Susan Drive during The Great Snow Crisis of 2014. The was the same hill at which the Jeep Liberty had personally wet itself. - In spite of being made to diet and losing about 30 pounds, I refused to surrender the cheese. - I got passed by Johnny Manziel on the NFLs all-time interception list, in spite of his playing time being shortened by injury. - I have improved at playing the bass, but I still have yet to begin developing my invention of a hybrid instrument which exists only in my mind as the pianjo. - Last but not least, the tattoos which have existed in my minds eye are now finally out for everyone to see.
