In case youre waking up in the morning and trying to figure out what this is, heres a recap...The Kanawha County Commission is voting today at 5pm to donate (aka freely give) $200,000 to a privately owned drug rehab center to be literally built on Capital Highs property. The Board of Education has donated (aka freely given) $500,000 worth of property. They are doing as quietly as possible and without any input. People are just now learning about this. But we are WATCHing now!
