In fear of inciting a heated debate... nonetheless I post: businessinsider.au/gluten-sensitivity-and-study-replication-2014-5 I get it that Wheat Belly is a popular book... and Im trying to investigate, explore, find out for myself... I LOVE bread and so Im clinging... I hear all sorts of stories in my line of work re: GF diets & the positive impacts... Camembert and pate just isnt the same if its not on a *french stick* and its especially tasty when accompanied by a Corona. I googled Does Corona Beer have gluten - and this is what I got: According to tests done by the Argentine Coeliac Association (ACELA) and the Swedish National Food Agency, Corona beer, contains less than 20 ppm, making it legally gluten-free. This is probably due to the fact that Corona, like most pale lagers, contains rice and/or corn in addition to malted barley. Lets not go there with the calories LOL
