Further, the court has decided the community: End Public Corruption 2014, Frederick County, MD II is NOT a legitimate political activity based on the contribution of one citizen in our community, the target of a judicial/bribery scheme: Denise M. Harden https://facebook/jkrwinkle, whos missing children were transported into Frederick County, Md. without orders or warrants by unnamed deputies in 2010, never to be seen by mom or family, again. According to official documents and testimony, the Frederick County Sheriffs Office has mobilized law enforcement in two states, three times; 10/07, 02/09, & 03/28/2014 to warn her not to contact any public official in Frederick County, including the petitioner and former States Attorney, whos been looking for out of jurisdiction police reports for the respondents children for four years. According to the Colonie, PD, police arrived at Ms. Hardens home, 10/07/2013 for an unspecified incident to tell her not to call any public official in Frederick, MD, under threat of arrest. Former Lead Investigator now Complainant Officer told the Colonie PD the petitioner and public official, Judge Ambrose had peace orders against Ms. Harden when theyre every bit as non-existent as the warrants the Sheriffs pretended they had for four years. Will the MD, PA, or NY State Police be able to find copies of the warrants or pick up orders before the Sheriffs do? Who sent the threatening message to the respondent warning her shed be charged if she continued her harassing course of conduct (District Court for Frederick County, MDJudge Cjeka 03/14/2014)? Why did lead investigator of the Sheriffs Office during its second investigative effort testify that he hadnt conducted an investigation, launched 06/10/2014, when Assistant District Attorney for Frederick, MD Nanci Hamm wrote Ms. Harden in July indicating the police matter and its investigation would be lengthy? Ms. Harden will appeal the decision after subpoenaing testimony and employment records of the individuals involved in the now, 48 month cover-up.
