In latest #USrael news: This Gallup poll shows that the shift in American public opinion on Israel/Palestine is largely due to People of Color, women, and younger folks. As a scholar of race and ethnicity, these subdivisions are fascinating (even if they mostly fall along party lines). As the racial and ethnic demographics of the U.S. continue to shift, will there be equally strong shifts in American public opinion re: global/international issues? We have often thought of Americas shifting racial and ethnic demographics in terms of domestic issues; but what will the impact be on international/global/foreign policy concerns?
