Some people ask me what are my views on religious belief, and why i may be critical of it, especially given i used to be an altar boy and was so devoutly religious at one point. Well here it goes: You can believe whatever you want. If you want to believe in an invisible, inaudible porpucpine who hears and answers your prayers, cares about you and somehow communicates with you certain demands, fine. Ill be happy to debate or discuss with you why i think the beliefs are silly or fallible. I will also grant you the same freedom to say likewise about my beliefs if you feel that way about them . However, since there is no completely objective and absolute method of proving either one of us wrong, i do not, i repeat do not, accept anyone trying to force their beliefs on me or using their beliefs as a justification for threatening or diminishing my liberty or security.
