In my book this is what being a perfectly healthy human being is about: You train three or top four times a week at a moderate intensity and you don´t push your limits or send your heart through a hell workout that your heart considers fatal attack. You eat two fruits a day. You stretch. You make sure you get those 8 hours of sleep. You wear comfortable loose fitting pants so your skin can breathe and you avoid antiperspirant roll-ons since they contain bad metals. You eat a little of everything and don´t go overboard with anything. You wear ergonomic shoes and you manage your stress levels by choosing a job that does not put pressure on you. There you go. Voila. Thats what I call livinghealthy. I also call it living pretty boring! I love intensity, I love passion, I love being on the edge, pushing my comfort boundaries. I calculate risks and I prevent all the wear and tear I put on my body, the hard work it has to go through each day, by giving back as much as I can without compromising with my ideals.
