In my life Ive made my share of mistakes! Ive hurt people who mean the world too me either by my actions or by the things Ive said in anger, and although I apologize I know it could never erase the pain & hurt Ive cause them; yes they could accept my apology, except out of my own experience I know things could never be the same since the damage has already been done...that damage stays embedded in ones deepest memories & it still causes hurt that devastates ones heart; leaving unanswered questions; if they loved & cared so much about me how could they hurt me...I personally understand were all human & we all make mistakes sometimes without intention of causing hurt too anyone! The fact is if we took the time to think things through before we say or do things that will leave a devastating scare in ones heart it would avoid all the hurt & pain! maybe not everyone feels like I do; as far as apologies & excuses! they are like assholes everyone has one...people use them like its the thing to do...the funny thing is they say sorry or apologies for what they say or do and before you know it they are apologizing for the same exact thing; so why apologies just keep quite and show by actions that youve learned from your mistake instead of looking like a fool before that person because after the first time you just sound like a broken record & your word dont mean a dam thing! Truth be told their is only one person who could forgive you without bringing it back up, without throwing it in your face; thats the same person who knows you even before you existed thats our Heavenly Father his the only one who truly knows your heart & thats why his the only one who could past judgement on us! Just like the bible says he who is without faults cast the first stone! God is the only one who truly gives unconditional love! true love holds no records of wrong doings; its not boastful; its not self seeking! therefore Can no one say that they know how to give unconditional love; cause no one can say that they completely forget the wrong doing that a loved one does...In most arguments thats the first thing that comes out & normally its a big list..we not are perfect...we could try to avoid causing hurt except we all cause someone to hurt; to cry, we even know how to push the buttons that cause one to anger!! Thats our sinful nature that we are born with...so this is my Prayer Heavenly Father forgive me for all my wrong doings; help me to follow the example your heavenly son Jesus Christ set for us while he walked on this earth; give me a Christ like heart teach me too humble myself & help me to hold my tongue back especially when Im angry/ upset or even hurt...remind me that once I do or say something against my loved one I could never take it back & I could never truly repair the damage I caused them! Now I know that you are the only one who could repair a broken heart & soul so I ask you from the bottom of my heart to please heal & repair any and all broken hearts especially the ones Ive hurt...I ask you to forgive me for hurting any of my children in any way shape and form although sometimes I did or said things so they could open their eyes & heart...I know your in control and I should not take matters in my own hands except like I said Im human & make several mistakes especially when Im upset/angry or hurt...I also ask you to heal my heart from all the hurt/pain that I carry since I was a child teach me to let things go so I could move forward and claim the rewards you have for me...give me that peace that I so long for and continue to give me patient to deal with everyday issues/ situations that I encounter through out my life... Help me to be the wife, mother, friend you want me to be...I want to be more like you that is what I strive for! Lord I love you with all my heart & your the only one I want to emulate in everything I do...in Jesus Name Amen!
