In my opinion, corruption is a mental problem. Because mental problems then it is related to consciousness and mindset. So I think the corruption was not a crime but of ignorance. A Corruptor is a greedy, anti social less could work together.Only problem is they dont know use and allocate the money properly and appropriately. Therefore we need to address it is to do a mental revolution and awareness through education. It took a long time to educate the corruptor to become a righteous child who understands the meaning of cooperation and love. Just as difficult to educate people not to vote for the primitive practical actions to judge the corruptor. So in my opinion because Corruption is a mental problem then it is impossible to handle it by way of eradicating the dude. Corruption is a stupid souls who just might have doomed with understanding and awareness. So Timor Leste should be more focused to build the education from on rewards as the corruptor. Because they like a zombie, dead one grow a thousand because of growing stupidity. Abracos
