In my opinion, the percentage of voter opposition to Obama will be even higher by the date of the upcoming midterm-elections in November, 2014. His approval ratings have been falling like a stink stone stele---only faster and harder. President Obama has clearly over-reached--- abused his power and authority---and aided, abetted, and facilitated illegal immigration in violation of the Constitution of the United States and the U. S. Law Code. Plus, he has earned his dropping approval ratings that are now being reported. We now have a lawless President of the United States who trashes the Constitution, the rule of law, and the right of the American people to lawful Constitutional government. He has usurped powers not granted to any President---usurpations that render him a President whose actions merit immediate commencement of impeachment proceedings against him, followed by removal proceedings to remove him from office. These are necessities, lest Obama become a declared tyrant who further assaults and takes away the rights and freedoms of the American people---in order to eliminate those rights and freedoms. For this President of the United States to violate our constitutional republic’s Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, and violate the rule of law on numerous occasions, in violation of his Oath of Office, constitutes severe violations of his duty and trust to the American people and merits his immediate impeachment and removal from office---before he further trashes our Constitution and rule of law in order to take away Americans’ God-given rights and freedoms. I believe President Barack Hussein Obama is a clear and present danger to the Constitution of the United States, the rule of law, and the rights and freedoms of the American people.
