In my short time here on earth Ive found out that if youre going to be successful at any thing in life, you have to be willing to adapt. To my wonderful FIT NHIM members Im honored to be coaching you along on this journey of transforming your bodies to be the healthiest possible! Please be mindful however of what we post and whose image we put on full display. Remembering that we are first and foremost Women of God and we represent Christ as well as our Bishop and First Lady of New Harvester International Ministries. As women we are the full circle.
